SELMER PRE-CENTERED TONE Bb CLARINET

A bargain professional Selmer Paris clarinet for the player not overly worried by cosmetic issues! This pre- Centered Tone clarinet has been professionally owned and played for the last year by a London jazz clarinettist.  There is a surface crack to the upper joint, see photo 5, underneath the G# key which does not go through to the bore, and has no effect on the response. There is also some wear to the keys, though they do exhibit a good shine. The pads are all sealing well, and all touch & tenon corks are good. The wood shows surface scuffs and marks but all pieces are original Selmer. There is also a repaired crack to the bell, see photo 8, and some hairline cracks to the barrel, again none of which go through to the bore, see photo 12.  The case is an original Selmer tri-pack, well used, but functional.
