YAMAHA, YAS275 ALTO SAXOPHONE, £495

This is a YAS275 Alto Sax. This model is widely regarded as the best student Alto money can buy. This saxophone is the earlier version, "Made in Japan", not the less good "Made in Indonesia" model currently available, which is made under licence for Yamaha. This earlier Japanese made Alto has thicker alloy, which is both both more robust, and creates a better sound.
This example is near mint: There are only the merest light scratches to the lacquer which is 99%, see photo 8. All pads are in excellent shape. There are NO dents or dings whatsoever. The Yamaha 4C mouthpiece also has some very light scratches to the top of the beak, see photo 2, but the tip and rails are "as new" The serial nos. are 261125.
