This is a very good condition Selmer Paris professional Eb Clarinet, enhanced Boehm, with articulated C#/G# and fork Eb/Bb. Selmer Eb clarinets are probably the most popular choice amongst professional players worldwide due to their fine ergonomics and excellent intonation.
The main body of the wood shows no cracks or damage, with only minor scuffs and scratches. We have just fully overhauled the instrument in double bladder fish skin pads, and the instrument is sold with our full 1 year warranty. The German Silver key work is in excellent condition and shows hardly any wear. The third tone hole has been re-bushed in metal. I do not know if this was as the instrument wass made, or later work: I have seen similar work on early Buffet Eb clarinets, therefore it may well be original. The S/N is K5776, and this, with the early modern logo dates the instrument to the 1930's. The key work, which is complex, and regulation are all in excellent order. The case is brand new, and the m'piece a good condition used Selmer B*.
