LUIS ROSSI VIENNESE BORE Bb CLARINET, £3295

This Luis Rossi Viennese bore Bb clarinet is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. The Viennese bore model is based on a Koktan clarinet: It features a wide bore, with a dark creamy sound and superb intonation. It has had only one owner, a professional Jazz clarinettist, and is in excellent condition.
The Silver plate is pristine condition throughout. The wood is also in perfect condition, with no cracks or repairs, excepting the wooden thumb rest, which has cracked through the screw holes, this we have glued and filled in our workshop. There is a fully automatic Bb booster key. The serial numbers are V310. There are 4 barrels of 62.0mm, 63.0mm, 64.0mm, and 65mm. The m'piece is a Riffault which has been bored out to 1010 dimesnsions, which tune this model well, by T W Howarth. The Protech case is also in "as new" condition, and comes with still wrapped carry straps.
