Clarinets Direct is fortunate to count many of the UK's finest players amongst our clientele. The sole former owner of this superb instrument, is one such. The instrument is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct, and this clarinet was hand selected at the Buffet factory.

Buffet Crampon is the undisputed finest volume maker of clarinets in the World today. This clarinet is one of their most desirable models, a RC Prestige. The instrument is in excellent condition. The plating is pristine. The wood is without mark or blemish: NO damage or cracks whatsoever. It was bought new from Buffet direct. This clarinet was the first Buffet design to feature a voicing groove in the bell to improve the lowest pitches. The intonation and response are outstanding. The matching serial numbers are 467348. The majority of the pads are finest Pisoni white leather in perfect condition, though some other pads are tan leather or skin. This instrument was the main Bb of a busy professional, as such, it has had pads replaced as necessary, rather than a complete overhaul. All pieces matching and original. The supplied Buffet single case is brand new.
