BUFFET R13 A CLARINET, £945

A nice condition Buffet R13 A clarinet. This instrument has recently been part exchanged against a new Rossi, American bore A clarinet, and is sold on at a bargain price. The wood is in overall good condition, but there is a long surface crack which does not go through to the bore, and runs from the upper joint top tenon down through the stamp into the "A" hole. The crack has been re-sealed in our workshop, all pads have been checked for seal, and the key work has been re-aligned and regulated. The Nickel plated key work shows some wear: Noticeably to the G# key, rings and also the register key, see photos, 5,6 & 10. Overall the plating is about 90%. There are 2 supplied barrels of 65mm & 67.5mm. The matching serial nos. are 393551 which dates to 1994. The case is the original Buffet, in excellent condition, with an Altieri dust cover which has many pockets for music and accessories.
