BUFFET CRAMPON R13 Bb CLARINET, £1245

A Buffet R13 Bb clarinet, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. This instrument is in good condition, and has had a professional UK owner, who unfortunately is forced to sell a number of his instruments due to an inheritance tax bill.
This clarinet has just been overhauled, in fish skin pads, in our workshop, and is sold with our full 1 year warranty. The Bb has matching serial nos. 227247, which dates to 1982, this was just prior to the Boosey and Hawkes take over of Buffet, and also prior to the introduction of the Prestige range. R13s from this particular period are deservedly sought after, as they were made to a much higher standard than the contemporary R13. All pieces are matching and original, and stamped "Buffet". The Nickel Silver plating shows some wear, mainly to the ring fingers. There are no cracks or repairs to the Grenadilla wood which is in excellent condition. The m'piece is a used Seimer C* in good used condition. The supplied Buffet case comes with a leather case cover and is in very good condition.
