LEBLANC LL PARIS PROFESSIONAL Eb PICCOLO CLARINET, £1295

This is an excellent condition Leblanc LL  Eb Piccolo Clarinet in Grenadilla wood. Leblanc Paris were especially well known for the quality of their harmony clarinets. The LL was named after Leon Leblanc, and features a tone which was described as "rich & full bodied". Useful on an Eb clarinet. This model was so successful that it continued in manufacture right up until the Leblanc French factory was bought by Buffet.
The wood condition overall is very good. There are NO cracks or repairs.  This Eb has "as new" fish skin pads throughout and they are sealing well, the key work is also well regulated.  The Nickel Silver plate is fine order throughout and shows no wear. All pieces are matching and stamped "Leblanc". The serial no. is 41210 which may date to 1974 [Leblanc serial no. lists are unreliable].     The original Leblanc case is also in very good condition, the mouthpiece is a lightly used Vandoren 5RV.
