A superb Boehm system clarinet made by the last maker of the legendary Albert family. The German Silver keywork is good, very solid, and with an excellent shine. The wood is in amazing condition for its age, with no cracks or repairs, only light surface marks. All pads and corks are good. This instrument was made in the late 1920's or very early 1930's as Albert had moved to London by 1933 and this clarinet is stamped "Made in Belgium". The makers stamp is clearly visible on all sections. This instrument is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct, and has been played professionally in a period instrument orchestra, it has been exceptionally maintained. The case is in fair condition with some wear to the interior lining, the handle has lost its leather covering. The bore is 14.9mm, and the instrument works well with B&H 926 bore m'pieces, I would be supply some to assist the purchaser.
