AMATI 36N CONTRABASSOON, £3995

This is a good condition Amati 36N Contrabassoon, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. This instrument was bought secondhand at Myatt's for £4995 in 2011, and this receipt is included.
The Contra has serial nos 5022. The original lacquer shows only slight wear, as seen in the photographs, with light scratches. The nickel plated key work is in excellent condition, and there are two crooks, one of which is 2mm longer. This instrument has white leather pads throughout, some of which were replaced by Myatts' prior to it being last sold, since then the instrument has had little use. The regulation is good. The original case is in good used condition.
