This is an Amati 361 Eb Clarinet, in mint condition, which is a commission sale for Clarinets Direct. The professional owner of this Eb now wishes to trade up to a more expensive model. This instrument was made in the Czech Republic and is made entirely in Grenadilla wood, unlike the cheaper models in the range. For an intermediate wooden Eb clarinet it has a very good specification, with Silver plated keys and finest white leather pads throughout, which are all in very good condition. The tuning is excellent with standard French bore mouthpieces, in this regard the instrument is a major advance on older Amati instruments. There are 2 supplied barrels of different lengths, the longer of which is still wrapped. The Silver plate is pristine throughout. The matching serial nos. are 233792. The supplied m'piece is an upgrade to a Vandoren B44, in very good condition. The case is the original in "as new" condition with keys. This clarinet would suit a player looking for a bargain priced wooden Eb for occasional use, or a young beginner, with smaller hands, not quite ready for a standard Bb.
