BOOSEY & HAWKES 1010 Bb CLARINET, £695

This is a Symphony 1010 Bb in superb condition, featuring the later Acton Patent Vent. The clarinet has just been taken in part exchange by ourselves. The matching serial numbers are 540281, which dates to 1982, making this a very late example. The clarinet has just been re-padded in our workshop, and is sold with our 1 year warranty. The tan leather pads are all new or in "as new" condition. The key work has been oiled and regulated, all touch and tenon corks replaced, and all spring tensions adjusted for optimum feel. The Silver plate key work overall is excellent, with no wear. The wood overall is also in good condition with no cracks or damage. The m'piece is an original B&H No. 2, in very good condition. The supplied barrel is of 64.5mm. The tuning and overall response of this clarinet are excellent. The case is an Artley, of hard shell type.
