BUFFET CRAMPON R13 Bb CLARINET

A very good example of a Buffet R13. There is no damage to the wood, which is crack and repair free.  The Nickel Silver keywork shows no plating loss, with only some slight "cloudiness". All pads and corks are in good condition, the instrument has been exceptionally well cared for: Even the case keys are included!  The matching serial nos. are 245066 which dates to 1983. Back then this, along with the RC, was the finest professional instrument Buffet made; with unstained, matched wood. This was before the introduction of the ""Prestige" range, which effectively downgraded the standard R13 considerably. These days R13's are made from inferior quality wood which is stained to hide imperfections. The Buffet, brown leather, pouchette case is in excellent condition and the mouthpiece is a professional upgrade to a Vandoren 5RV lyre 13, which is in good used condition.
